A healthy smile shouldn’t come at the expense of your natural teeth. Wherever the case allows, we go additive — preserving what’s there and refining what isn’t.

In Dr Matin’s words

Do it once, and do it right.

Every treatment is carried out with a focus on precision, longevity and attention to detail. Wherever the case allows, we take a minimally invasive approach — preserving natural tooth structure while planning carefully for long-term outcomes. Just as important is the commitment to natural aesthetics. Rather than chasing trends, we focus on balance, proportion and subtle detail — creating results that look natural, timeless, and individual to each patient.

Two longer reads

Cases worth talking through.

Case 1

When ‘simple’ isn’t simple.

Minimally-prepped porcelain veneers · ceramics by Bilal Denno

Most cases that walk in looking simple turn out to need the most planning. This patient wanted a noticeable change but worried about it looking obvious. We talked through the shape of her teeth, how they sat in her smile, what she didn’t like — and just as important, what she did. From there we mapped out a set of minimally-prepped porcelain veneers: enough preparation to bond well, no more than necessary. Layered ceramics by Bilal Denno gave the surface natural depth and the kind of shade that catches light differently from different angles, the way real enamel does. The photos here were taken a week after fitting; the gum line settles further over the following months. But you can already see how the new shape sits comfortably with the rest of her face — confident, but unmistakably hers.

Case 2

When dentistry changes more than your smile.

Porcelain veneers · composite buildups · gum lift · denture replacement

Most people come to us wanting to fix the look of their teeth. They don’t always realise dentistry can change the shape of the lower face too — the way the lips sit, how the chin balances against the cheeks. This case was a reminder of that. We rebuilt the bite to a more natural height; years of wear had let everything settle a few millimetres lower than it should. Porcelain veneers and veneer-style ceramic restorations on the upper teeth, hand-built composite on the lower fronts, plus a small gum lift in places to balance the proportions. The new partial denture replaced an older one. The result wasn’t just a better smile. The whole lower face looked more in balance — something the patient noticed straight away.

Common questions

The four things people ask first.

Will it hurt?
Modern adhesive techniques and conservative preparation mean most cosmetic work is straightforward to manage with local anaesthetic, and many bonding cases require none at all. We go slowly, check in throughout, and if anxiety is a concern we’ll talk through your options at the consultation.
How long does it take?
It depends entirely on the case. Composite bonding is often completed across two visits over a few weeks. Porcelain veneers typically take three to four visits across six to eight weeks. Complex rehabilitation extends beyond that. We’ll map out a clear timeline for you at consultation, before any treatment begins.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is discussed at your free consultation, since the right plan depends on the work involved. We offer in-house payment plans, partner with HUMM, and work with Supercare for those using superannuation toward treatment.
Who's doing the work?
Dr Matin Mirabediny (DEN0002441928) personally plans and completes every treatment booked under his name. Matin’s focus is minimally-invasive porcelain veneers, complex rehabilitation, and conservative preparation. He works alongside ceramicist Bilal Denno on porcelain cases.
